When decorum and education is imposed by rules, then is no decorum nor education anymore, but entirely obedence to the law. We should understand that we all are different and have different temperaments and ways to express ourselves in this world. That variety give us richness as society. How about a bit of education for some people and a bit of more tolerance for others?
